1.1. ACT NOW 2025 is Albania’s flagship three-day event on technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship, taking place from May 29 to 31, 2025. The event brings together leaders, founders, creatives, and changemakers across Albania and the Balkans to foster collaboration, inspire innovation, and honor excellence.
1.2. The event includes:
An exclusive (invitation-only) networking dinner (May 29th)
A conference on May 30th featuring panel discussions, keynote talks, and workshops from leading companies and tech giants such as Microsoft, Oracle, Dell etc.
The Cyber Drill challenge, a simulation-based cybersecurity experience.
Awards Ceremony for the: The ACT NOW Grand Prize Award €50,000, recognizing the most impactful tech and innovation initiative; The Youth Award, celebrating youth-led entrepreneurship; Networking opportunities and Cyber Drill Challenge Winner.
A Press Conference on May 31streflecting on the event’s achievements, sharing the most memorable moments, and analyzing the impact of the event.
2. Eligibility and Participation Categories
Participation is open across the following categories:
2.1. Conference Attendees
Open to professionals, students, founders, and enthusiasts interested in tech, digital transformation, or entrepreneurship.
Registration must be completed through the registration form on the official ACT NOW website.
Confirmation of attendance will be issued via email to selected participants, subject to availability and event capacity.
2.2. Speakers
Applicants for speaker positions must demonstrate relevant expertise or personal experience in fields directly aligned with the ACT NOW 2025 themes and its overarching vision.
Applications should be completed through the registration form on the official ACT NOW website.
Selected speakers will receive official confirmation and logistic details from the organizing team.
2.3. Media Representatives
Media accreditation is available for journalists, and media representatives covering tech, business, or innovation topics.
2.4. Award Applicants
Applications for the ACT NOW Award, Youth Award, and Cyber Drill are open to individuals, startups, businesses etc. meeting eligibility criteria in each call.
Applicants must submit their entries before the deadline with all required documentation.
Participation in one category does not restrict entry in another, provided eligibility is met.
3. Selection and Evaluation
3.1. All applications will be reviewed based on merit, alignment with ACT NOW published criteria.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1. All participants agree to uphold a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment.
4.2. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to removal from the event.
5. Media, Recording, and Consent
5.1. By attending ACT NOW 2025, participants grant the organizers the right to record, photograph, and publish visual and audio content for documentation and promotional use.

8.2. Participants agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Any false information or violation of these Terms may result in disqualification or removal from the event.
